Terms Of Use – Personal Use (PU)

Thank you for downloading one of my products, I hope you will enjoy it. Please read my terms of use before you start using my products. These Terms Of Use are applicable to all my Personal Use (PU) products, including template packs and freebies. By purchasing my work you agree to my terms of use.

You may

You may use my products for Personal Use and you may also print your layouts in which you have used my products as long as it stays for Personal Use.

You may create layouts for yourself and for your friends and family using my products, you may also share them with your friends and family as long as you share flattened images (JPEG, PDF files).

You may use my Personal Use products for Creative Team layouts and you may publish your layouts on the web and on social media. Credits would be appreciated when publishing your layouts, You must give credits for products designed by Ilonka’s Designs. A link to my store would also be appreciated.

You may alter and recolor my Personal Use products while you are working with them, but you may not save the changed products or individual elements and papers.

You may use my Personal Use products for web designing as long as it concerns a personal website or blog. Credits are appreciated when publishing your layouts or using my products for web designing. You must give credits for products designed by Ilonka’s Designs. A link to my store or website would also be appreciated.

You may not

You may not share my Personal Use products with anyone, even not with friend and family, you may not resell my products under any circumstances.

You may not claim my Personal Use products as your own. All products are copyright protected.

You may not share layered layouts like PNG, PSD, TIFF, PSP-files or any other layered file. You may not sell your layouts.

You may not use the Personal Use template elements to create your own template designs.

You may not use my Personal Use products for professional web designing.

You may not create quickpage freebies with my products or with my templates.

You may not use my designs for Commercial Use, unless it concerns a Commercial Use product. When it concerns a CU product you will find it on the preview of the product.
