ID Points

ID Points is Ilonka’s Designs Customer Loyalty Program.

With every purchase made on Ilonka’s Designs products you can collect ID Points. When you have collected enough ID Points you can save money on your next purchase.

For every 100 ID Points collected you will receive a $10.00 coupon.

Register below to start collecting ID Points and you will get your first 10 ID Points as a thank you.

When you register before May 15 2023 you will also collect ID Points over your March and April purchases (if you have made a purchase during these month’s).

How does it work:

Register

  • Register for the Customer Loyalty Program with the e-mail address of your Gingerscraps store account
  • You register to the ID Points newsletter mailing list and therefor agree to receive a newsletter with an offer to collect extra ID Points a few times a year. You will also be added to the regular newsletter mailing list if you are not already signed up for that. In the regular newsletter you will be updated about new products and sales.
  • With your registration you will receive your first 10 ID Points.
  • If you decide to unsubscribe from the ID Points newsletter mailing list you will no longer participate in the Customer Loyalty Program and will therefor no longer be able to collect ID Points with your purchases of Ilonka’s Designs products.

Collecting ID Points

  • With every purchase made on Ilonka’s Designs products you will collect ID Points.
  • For every US Dollar spent on Ilonka’s Designs products you will receive 1 ID Point. ID Points will be given per store transaction, not on a total of purchases.
  • ID Points will be given over the actual amount that you have paid per store transaction, so in case that there is a sale, that will be the sale price. When you have applied a coupon it is the price minus the value of the coupon. When after applying a coupon the total price is zero, you will not collect ID Points.
  • In the beginning of each new month ID Points will be given to those who are registered to the Customer Loyalty Program and made a purchase on Ilonka’s Designs products the previous month. You will not be notified about that.
  • When you have collected the amount of ID Points needed in order to be paid out you will be notified about that and you will receive a coupon code that you can be spend on a next purchase of Ilonka’s Designs products. This coupon code will be valid for two months. The validity period will not be extended if the coupon code has not been used within two months.
  • Once a coupon code has been given to you, you will automatically start collecting new ID Points when you place an order again.
  • The ID Points will be updated monthly. Points left after you got paid out your coupon will be transferred to the next round. You won’t loose any ID Points.

Rules

  • Collected ID Points can not be handed over to another person.
  • Redeemed coupons are personal and can not be handed over to another person.
  • You can only collect ID Points when you are registered.
  • ID Points for orders placed before registration can not be claimed .
  • You can only collect ID Points when you purchase Ilonka’s Designs products.

Ilonka’s Designs has the right to end the Customer Loyalty Program at any time, all ID Points lower than the amount needed to get paid out will then expire. You can not claim any coupon then.
